We have a selection of frequently asked questions below from customers that we have answered for your information.




When will my item be delivered?


The type of shipping selected depends upon when you will receive your item. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving the order. (Unless on a Saturday or Sunday)


1st class generally takes 1 to 3 working days, in most cases it is delivered next working day.


2nd class generally takes 2 to 5 working days.


We do offer a special delivery service for UK orders which can be selected when paying for your items at the checkout. (This service guarantees next day delivery)


European orders will take between 1 and 3 weeks to be delivered.


Orders to countries outside of the EU will take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered. (This depends upon custom clearance)


Please note, during the Christmas period post can take longer to arrive than the stated times.




What is your returns policy?


As long as your item hasn't been used in any way, we will be happy to give you a full refund. You can contact one of the team here with any queries you may have about returns and refunds by emailing us help@perfectdarts.com or telephone 01254 705181.




How much are shipping costs?


Shipping costs for the United Kingdom Mainland start at £1.50 for 1st class & £1.20 for 2nd class. Please note that large or heavy items such as dartboards have to be sent via courier and have increased postage costs which start at £6.99 for 1st class and £5.99 for 2nd class.


European Shipping costs start at £2.99


R.O.W (Outside the EU) Shipping costs start at £3.99


Please note that large and heavy items being sent outside of the UK have a substantial increase to postage costs due to their size and weight plus distance to be shipped.

How can I be informed of any new products?


You can subscribe to our Newsletter, which includes new products and special offers by scrolling the bottom of our homepage, and entering your email address in the tab under ‘Newsletter’ and click send.




Can I change my order?


You can change your order up until 3pm on the day of dispatch, please email help@perfectdarts.com or call our office on 01254 705181 to see if we can alter your order.




I have a discount code, but it doesn’t appear to be working.


Make sure you are logged into your account before you try and use a voucher or discount code. Also make sure you are typing the code in the correct case with or without the spaces included. If you require any more help then CLICK HERE to live chat the team or telephone 01254 705181.




Can you provide any tracking details for my item?


On some orders we can give you the tracking details for your order that we receive from the courier services we work with. On other orders, we use an exclusive service and cannot give out tracking numbers. We just get a delivery receipt when your item is delivered, this means that your order is traceable, but you do not need to be in to sign for the order.




I have ordered the wrong size or wrong item, can I exchange it?


If the item hasn’t been damaged or used then you can return the item with a note saying what you would like to exchange for plus your order details and name.

What are the opening hours of Perfectdarts?


Perfectdarts business hours are 8am-5pm. However please bear in mind that we are an online shop & do not have a sales counter.




Do you offer a re-pointing service?


Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a re-pointing service.




Can I call and collect my order in person?


Yes you can. But please note that we don’t have a shop counter. Please contact us by LIVE CHAT or Telephone to see if this is available for your order.




The website looks like the image below. How can i fix it?



This issue has been reported by our customers. To fix it, please refresh your internet browsers cache and try reloading the site.

You can also press CTRL + F5 at the same time on the keyboard, this should fix the issue.
